[Speech Engagement] Elizabeth Pai accepted an invitation from the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) to record the 2025 Labor & Employment Law Year in Review Series Vlog

In the latest Employment Law Alliance (ELA) vlog by our Senior Of-Counsel Elizabeth Pai, she discussed the key changes in Taiwan's workplace regulations in 2024.  One of the focal points was the amendments to the Gender Equality in Employment Act, particularly concerning sexual harassment.  These changes represented a broader commitment to fostering a safe and equitable work environment for all employees.

Ms. Pai also forecasted new regulations addressing workplace bullying that may enter into effect this year. Employers are thus strongly advised to establish robust communications mechanisms and hold comprehensive training sessions to prepare for the new rules.
