[Honory Awards] Our Senior of Counsel, Elizabeth PAI, has been named 'Thought Leaders' in Who’s Who Legal: Labour, Employment & Benefits 2023

We are proud to share that our esteemed Senior of counsel, Elizabeth Pai, has been recognized as Thought Leaders in the Who’s Who Legal (WWL): Labour, Employment & Benefits 2023 guide. And It is worth noting that she is the sole recipient of this distinguished recognition in Taiwan within this practice area.

Elizabeth has extensive experience and expertise in Employment Law, making her a specialist in offering legal counsel on employment-related matters to multinational enterprise clients. Her focus areas include but are not limited to advising on employment issues arising during mergers and acquisitions, drafting company work rules and employment agreements tailored to various employee levels, and representing clients in managing labor disputes.

Given her close collaboration with global law firms for years, Elizabeth's international exposure has enriched her understanding of cross-border employment challenges. Additionally, she actively engages with the legal community as a frequent participant and speaker at events hosted by the Employment Law Alliance (ELA).
