Our co-founder Jaclyn Tsai has been invited to speak at CWL IMPACT Summit

March 25, 2023

Jaclyn Tsai, one of our co-founders, recently gave a speech on women in leadership at the one-day forum of the CWL IMPACT Summit. In her address, she highlighted the significance of breaking the glass ceiling in the workplace and shared ways for women to achieve this. She also discussed the current status of women leaders by drawing from real-life examples, and explained how women's inherent advantages can benefit their teams and communities.Through the WOB Whitepaper analysis and other research studies, Jaclyn concluded that in uncertain situations, women who excel in people management are likely to get more opportunities to showcase their competencies.

About the Forum
A workplace inclusivity revolution is changing global businesses, focusing on minority groups instead of majority rules. Sustainable talent is now about holistic employee well-being instead of traditional salary incentives. Talent investment is now about helping every individual grow, supporting women to stay and grow, and utilizing experienced workers, rather than just elites. DEI is now the most indispensable new strength for companies to build sustainable resilience. In 2023, CommonWealth Learning (CWL) will hold this forum to explore and act on employee holistic well-being, intergenerational integration, and supporting women to stay and grow through DEI talent management.
