[Speech Engagement] Our co-founder Jaclyn Tsai has been invited to deliver opening remarks regarding Generative AI

Our co-founder and the current president of Fair Winds Foundation Jaclyn Tsai was recently invited to deliver the opening remarks at the Breakthrough Forum. During her presentation, she shed light on the legal implications of the development of generative AI, and discussed some of the current lawsuits that have been triggered by this technology. Through these cases, she underscored the importance of having legal frameworks that strike a balance between innovation and compliance, while also exploring the opportunities and challenges that AI presents.

In addition to discussing the legal implications of AI, Jaclyn also shared her insights into the competition between Google and ChatGPT.
