Lee, Tsai & Partners has announced the promotion of 4 lawyers in 2023. The full list is as below:

Eddie Shih, Technology and Patent Department

Eddie Shih has represented several well-known companies in patent litigation and has intellectual property and patent law expertise. His previous experience as a patent engineer has strengthened his capability in handling relevant cases. Eddie also has extensive experience in handling labor relations.

Di Wu specializes in civil and commercial litigation, copyright, and construction project disputes. The companies he has represented include Shanghai Wind Investment Management Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Libao Building Materials Co. Ltd.

Karl Zhang has extensive experience handling corporate affairs, including contracts, employment, business registration, and other relevant issues. He also specializes in capital markets and is a certified securities practitioner and a certified fund practitioner.

Yanting Pei is a corporate and commercial law attorney who is experienced in dealing with data protection, employment, IP, and competition law issues. She also has experience in handling inbound and outbound investment, and mergers and acquisitions.
