Our co-founder Jaclyn Tsai recently spoke at a seminar convened by MGR Consulting on how female managers can excel in business. She shared findings from the WOB Whitepaper on Female Governance 2022 and discussed the challenges and the future of women leaders. Jaclyn future emphasized that women who are good at dealing with "people" will have an easier time succeeding in today's uncertain circumstances and believes that the stage for women will be broader.
