Luke’s engineering background has proven to be invaluable when advising clients on construction and engineering related disputes, negotiation of technical legal documents, and intellectual property disputes.
He is known for extensive experience in handling the legal issue that arise over the entire duration of a public construction project including: providing legal advices to the contractors or owners on all issues regarding project planning, biding, contract negotiation, contract performance and disputes, and representing clients in complaints, mediation, litigation, domestic and overseas arbitration proceedings in relation to government procurement, and contract performance disputes.
Luke also advises the firm's domestic and foreign clients in participating many renewable energy, liquefied natural gas (“LNG”), waste management & reuse, mass transit and buildings projects. In additional, Luke also represented many well-known foreign and domestic corporations in patent and intellectual property disputes.
