Ms. Pei-Ching Ji is a seasoned litigator with 15 years of experience representing clients in complex disputes of all levels of courts, government dispute resolution proceedings, and international and domestic arbitrations.

Ms. Ji is well known for her work in public contract disputes. She has successfully represented the Taipei City Government in various high profile cases, including the case against Farglory Dome Co. Ltd. in relation to the construction of the Taipei Dome, the case against Eastern Dome Management Co. Ltd. in relation to the management and operation contract for the Taipei Arena, and the case against Radium Co. Ltd. in relation to the Taipei MRT Xindian Depot Joint Construction Project. Ms. Ji has also successfully represented construction firms in government dispute resolution procedures (e.g., before the Public Construction Commission), as well as litigation and arbitration over construction contract performance disputes.

Ms. Ji represented a domestic telecommunication company in civil litigation over a 4G spectrum dispute. Ms. Ji also acted as a lead counsel on an ICC arbitration on behalf of a top multinational enterprise software service provider against one of the world’s largest electronic contract manufacturers, which led to the client receiving a favorable award.

She is experienced in defending clients in criminal allegations. Ms. Ji has obtained decisions to not prosecute for her clients on numerous occasions, including defending a representative of a domestic video game company in an insider trading case, and defending representatives of a domestic systems technology company in a criminal violation of the Government Procurement Act action and a breach of trust criminal action.
