Dr. Winnie Y. L. Fang is a Senior Of-Counsel of Lee, Tsai & Partners.
Dr. Fang holds a Ph.D. in Finance and has previously served as a Senior Partner at KPMG Taiwan, with over 30 years of experience in auditing and financial advisory services in the finance industry. She specializes in family succession governance and trust structure planning, IPOs and M&As in global capital markets, and is well-versed in integrating insurance and financial products into family wealth succession operations. She has been at the forefront of researching newly implemented financial regulations and policies in Taiwan and has positioned herself as a key leading figure in the field of accounting.
Dr. Fang has assisted many entrepreneurs with family wealth succession issues and has a deep understanding of the succession challenges Taiwan entrepreneurs often face.
