Julian Lai is a senior attorney at Lee, Tsai & Partners Attorneys-at-Law, with substantial litigation and transactional experience in trade secret protection, corporate investment, and labor dispute cases. In his practice, Mr. Lai has assisted numerous domestic and foreign companies in handling trade secret infringement action, cross-border investment, and equity transactions, as well as providing legal consultation on labor regulations, investment laws and other corporate legal matters.
Beyond his practice, Mr. Lai serves as an adjunct lecturer at the School of Law of Shih Hsin University, and formerly served as a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association. Additionally, he actively participates in proposing amendments to intellectual property laws and regulations, contributing to the development of a sound legal framework.
