Oli Wong specializes in competition law, biotechnology, medical and pharmaceutical law, construction and engineering law, international trade & economics law, international law as well as anti-money laundering regulations.
Ms. Wong has extensive experience acting on behalf of domestic and international clients in various concerted action and monopoly investigations and unfair competition cases. She also advised many publicly listed companies on cross-border M&A, group restructuring, and medical and pharmaceutical matters. She has also provided valuable advice to clients on disputes related to construction and engineering law, as well as represented clients in resolving disputes involving government procurement and performance of engineering contracts.
Ms. Wong has received her CAMS qualification and is currently the 3rd members’ representative and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Taiwan Bar Association, as well as a member of the Taipei Bar Association Competition Law Committee.
