- Assisted a foreign-invested company in a corporate compliance investigation, provided the client with a detailed report and a practicable compliance management system for internal risk control purposes.
- Assisted a listed company in negotiating a project agreement (valued at 2 billion RMB) by providing client with full negotiation and contract review services, provided a clear description of the complex payment terms of the agreement, and established a clear basis for the parties to work together.
- Assisted a foreign investor in an equity transfer valued at 2.3 billion RMB, provided due diligence, equity transfer contract drafting and other services to the client, protected the interests of the client and explained the tax-related legal risks
