Frank has over 20 years of experience as an attorney specializing in litigation. Frank has been involved in civil, criminal and administrative litigation as well as arbitration. The disputes he has handled include public construction, contractor work, real estate transactions and leases, labor, domestic affairs, inheritance and intellectual property.

Frank is also active in public affairs. He has served as a Supervision Committee Member of the Legal Aid Foundation and a director of the Taipei Bar Association 26th Board of Director. In addition, Frank often provides pro bono service to public interest organizations.
