With the increasing acceptance of contactless transactions, the position of third-party payment services in assisting cash flows is becoming more and more important. In order to complete the regulation of anti-money laundry policy, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced a draft which puts third party payment services industry under regulation. This article will give an introduction on the draft.
