The Financial Supervisory Commission issued the Jin-Guan-Yin-Piao-10702741070 Directive of November 29, 2018 to indicate that if a credit card service establishment is registered as a convenience store or supermarket, it may be retained by all levels of government to collect statutory payments, taxes, and fines or by public utility enterprises to collect service charges. The above collection may be made by accepting credit card transactions.  In the event of any controversy or transaction dispute arising from a transaction of the above payment collection by a credit cardholder, the credit card issuer shall help the cardholder resolve the dispute in accordance with Article 13 of the Standard Credit Card Contract.
